Woburn Lantern Parade

Alongside our fireworks display, come and join us in our lantern parade from the cobbles in the centre of the village.

Continuing the fun from last year, the theme is Wild Animals — you can make them as simple or as complex as you like! Just please make sure they’re lit by LED or torch. No candles or naked flames.

Join us on the cobbles at 4:30pm, with the parade setting off to the Village Hall shortly after.

There’s time before the fireworks to enjoy the fairground on-site.

Plus there will be a range of street food available, and to wash it down, there will be hot drinks as well as a full bar in the village hall.

Gates open at 4pm, with the fireworks starting at 6:30pm.

Important on the day information

Woburn Fireworks is a ticketed event. No tickets are available on the night so don’t miss out!

Wristbands will need to be collected and worn on the night for entry. In order to avoid queues at the gate, please collect your wristband in advance from Woburn Mosaic (13-14 Market Place, Woburn). Under 3s are free and do not require a ticket.

Please don’t bring any sparklers or handheld fireworks with you — our insurance doesn’t allow for them. Enjoy our display!

We strongly recommend that you do not bring any animals with you, due to the numbers of people on the day and the nature of fireworks.

Parking is not available at the Village Hall due to the event. Please use the public car park on Park Street opposite St Mary’s Church. If you are a blue badge holder, please get in touch with us via the checkout page.

Please be considerate to Woburn residents when driving and parking in the village. Consider car-sharing or walking.
